Booking and Payment

Meals

Breakfast is served between 07:00 – 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.

No cooking is allowed in rooms unless staying in self-catering units.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms.

Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

Noise and Conduct

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behavior is disruptive or damages property.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless by prior arrangement.

Loss or Damage

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property.

Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables left in rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate Bookings

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

50% of the total booking will be charged for cancellations made 3–6 days before arrival.

100% of the total booking will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Group or Long Stay Bookings

Different cancellation policies may apply for group bookings or stays exceeding 7 nights.

A deposit of up to 50% may be required at the time of booking.
